Class Descriptions
Spin - This bike workout stimulates flat and hill training by using varied resistance and body positions. Go through a variety of terrains while you listen to high energy music. Loads of fun for everyone.
Hatha Yoga - Yoga of the body includes postures and breath control. Yoga is the classical tool that is designed to strengthen the body's ability to maintain proper health of the muscles, joints and spine while relaxing the mind. Improve posture, balance, coordination and reduce stress.

Power Hour/ Muscle Mix/ Tone it Up ! - An Anaerobic workout that challenges the muscles with hand weights, resist -a -balls, medicine balls and many more fitness toys. Strength and muscle conditioning for the entire body.
Cardio Sculpt/ Basic Training - Easy to follow drills and exercises for cardiovascular and strength training. This class is a good way to incorporate cardio into your body sculpt workout. Fast, challenging, always different and fun !
